      Rick Case Golf Classic 2012 Upcoming Events

      Inverrary Country Club will be hosting the 8th Annual Rick Case Golf Classic on March 30th, 2012.

       

      This golf classic was organized by Rick and Rita Case for the purpose of bringing together South Florida corporations, organizations and individuals for the sole purpose of generating money in order to support the ongoing mission of the Prestige Club. The Prestige Club is a not for profit 501(3) c organization established in 1996 to offer love, compassion, support and assistance to families and children in need. Prestige Club has “zero” administrative costs and all monies donated or raised goes to helping the less fortunate.

       

      This year we intend to expand the classic by having a golf tournament for student athletes who play golf for their high school team. This First, Rick Case Inaugural High School Tournament will be played on the same day as the Rick Case Golf Classic. Inverrary Country Club has an east and west course and a full field on each course are expected. To qualify for this tournament the student must be registered as a full time student and belong to their high school golf team. Each team registered must have a sponsor. This can be a local corporation, organization or individual. The cost for a 4-some to participate will be a donation made payable to the Prestige Club in the amount of $1000. This will cover the play and all activities at the tournament for the day.

       

      As part of the rewards program scholarship donations will be made to three area high schools for students who play golf at their high school, have been involved in community service and are graduating student athletes who will be going on to a higher education.

       

      The format for the tournament will be a 4 player scramble and results will be determined by lowest score

      More than one team can register to play and may have the same sponsor as long as the qualifications previously addressed are adhered to.

       

      As part of the sponsorship the 4-some will be able to engage in all the activities and awards that the 8th Annual Rick Case Classic offers.
